If you fill in the enquiry form, we keep what you typed: your name, email address, company, website, and the message itself. If you gave a phone number we store it, but we do not call — everything happens in writing.

If we emailed you first, we hold your business name, a public email address, your website, and whatever our automated check measured about that website. All of it came from public sources: your own site, OpenStreetMap, or Google’s Places directory.

We do not collect anything from you before you interact with us, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

To reply to you, to quote for work, and to run a project if you become a client. For businesses we contacted first, to tell you something specific and measured about your website — that is the only reason we would write.

Our email is delivered by Resend, our database is hosted by Neon, and this site runs on Cloudflare. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe, who receive your billing details directly — we never see or store a card number.

That is the whole list. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else.

Every commercial email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it adds you to a suppression list that is checked before anything is sent, so you will not hear from us again.

You can also write to hello@rcvagency.com and ask us to delete what we hold. We will do it, and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.

Enquiries and project records are kept while we are working together and for seven years afterwards, because that is how long tax records have to survive. Unsubscribe records are kept permanently — that is the point of them: it is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.
